Jatin Jindal, CEO and Managing Director of Lxir Medilabs Pvt. Ltd., holds an MBA in Finance from Cardiff University and leads the company’s mission to raise the standard for pharma franchise partnerships in India. Under his leadership, Lxir Medilabs has grown into an ISO-accredited, DCGI and FSSAI-compliant pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of over 1,000 products spanning seven therapeutic divisions — backed by rigorous quality control and a partner support model built around exclusive marketing rights, so franchisees can build lasting, profitable businesses.

Mrs. Lata Jindal

Lata Jindal, Founder and Director of Lxir Medilabs Pvt. Ltd., has been part of the company’s leadership since its incorporation, working alongside Jatin Jindal to lay the foundation the company runs on today. As a founding director, her focus has centered on the internal standards behind Lxir Medilabs’ ISO accreditation and DCGI/FSSAI compliance — the quality framework that underpins every batch the company ships to its franchise partners across India.
